When we decided to get married, we wanted our wedding to be a reflection of who we are as a couple. 

We chose an outdoor setting, went barefoot, and even wrote the ceremony and vows. 

We made all the food for the reception... 

   

The only thing left to decide on was the cake... 

We tried several different things, but finally decided on a wonderful White Chocolate Cheesecake. 

We decorated it with White Chocolate Dipped Green Grapes and Ribbon... 

It looked great!  To our surprise...  Every slice went! 

Folks were saying things like, "Where did you buy this cheesecake?" and

"Did you make this?". 

When we told them we had...  They were amazed! 

They said, "Wow, you should go into business!". 

We just laughed it off...  But, we were delighted with the compliments. 

   

Sometime later my husband began urging me to make a cheesecake for him to take into work...  I finally relented. 

We got three orders that day!  No one was more surprised than I was...      

Since then things have taken off... 

We built a fully licensed kitchen in our residence for exclusive use of the Company! 

Of course we are excited, as we watch our business expand! 

We can hardly believe what started out as a quest for something other than

"Plain ol' Wedding Cake" turned into such a wonderful opportunity... 

Just goes to show...  you never know when God has something wonderful in store...
